Program Participant Information Form

If you'd like to participate in programming at Cascadia Con, or if you'd like to recommend someone, please submit this form with any information that may be relevant. This will help us compile a panelist database which will allow us to match the right program participant to the right program items.

Please fill out the whole form and use the submit form at the bottom. The only required fields are your first and last name and your email address.

(Filling out this form does not constitute an invitation. We plan to send out invitations to panelists in January 2005. But submitting this form is a clear expression of interest which will be taken into account, and the more data we collect in 2004, the easier it will be to select the right people for the convention program.)

Thanks for your interest in the Cascadia Con program. See you in Seattle in 2005!
