Cascadia Con is pleased to announce the North American Science Fiction and Fantasy Film Festival.  This festival is dedicated to discovering new, overlooked and upcoming talented artists. We are inviting all of the independent, student, and amateur film and video makers of fantasy, and science fiction related films and videos to participate.  The weekend will be action packed with some of the finest unknown talent out there right now.  Film makers who produce game videos in the SF/F or Horror genre are also encouraged to enter.

The festival is one of the few that will not be limited to films never before shown.  If you have won in other festivals you will be judged against others who have also won before.   We realize that you need to get your film in front of audiences and we are here to help you do that!

Your entry does not guarantee a showing because we have a limited number of slots it will depend on the number of entries we receive.  However, each submission will be carefully considered. Festival judges will select entries that will be featured as finalists at the festival. Entries will then be judged for each category and the winners will be announced during the awards presentation at the completion of the festival.

In addition to regular film festival attendees your film will be viewed by the members of the North American Science Fiction Convention which consists of some of the best and the brightest authors, artists, professionals from the publishing industry, and talented, intelligent fans of the Science Fiction and Fantasy genre.
